Background

As a computing and web development lecturer (LinkedIn), with over 12 years of experience in Further and Higher Education, I've graded countless assignments – and I've lost track of how many times students have shared their struggles with referencing.

Even with their best efforts, I still notice those pesky and avoidable citation mistakes, that end up costing students valuable marks and higher grades.

That's why I decided to build a set of reliable citation generators.

My Mission

Referencing can be a confusing topic — even for well-intentioned students and time-strapped educators. CiteWithMe exists to make Harvard referencing (and other citation styles) simpler, more accessible, and genuinely educational for everyone involved.

I created CiteWithMe to bridge the gap between unreliable auto-citation and tedious forms — by giving students fast, editable, and accurate citation examples that teach them how to reference correctly.
